Delay can be of two types
• Intentional delay
• Unintentional Delay
Intentional delay is due to the attitude of the worker of doing the work or not. Unintentional Delay are beyond the control of the operator. Unintentional Delay include delay such as interruption from workers, supervisor, routine time study analysis, or process analysis tool changing of tool, maintenance of tools etc.
