In Russia, the mafia hybrid regime is slowly degrading from competitive authoritarianism to autocracy, is experiencing difficulties in the income from hydrocarbons. Not that they were few. The problem of any Leviathan is the constant growth, the desire to control everything, to bind to yourself the majority of the population by eliminating private initiative. This process forms a shaft of growing incomes, which at a certain point, in spite of large incomes, still overwhelm them.
Then the regime is forced to seek new sources of income. But backward, completely wild technologies usually thrive in an uncompetitive environment. This environment, as a rule, pushes away investors, they are afraid of losing their money and invest a maximum in low-income raw material projects. Only one resource remains - people.
Caught in a stalemate created by autocrats, they begin attempts to siphon money from the population: increase the retirement age, VAT, other taxes and fees, the State Duma is now considering a bill on taxing household farms and garden plots to increase the profits of distribution networks and monopolists producers agricultural products.
Recently there was information about the de-dollarization of the Russian economy, this caused a storm of sarcasm and Homeric laughter over the stupidity of the Russian government: you cannot refuse international payments. But, to my great regret, the concept of dedollarization of rogues in power means something completely different ...
Dollarization of the Russian economy
The dollarization of the Russian economy began with one of the first decrees of the Soviet government on the confiscation of all bank accounts of citizens of the Russian empire. Since at the same time a decree was issued on the elimination of private property in favor of the young proletarian state, people were left without money and without property at the same time. The Bolsheviks were criminals, seizing power in the country, stupidly robbed the entire population.
Then they began to print their unsafe money and the population rushed to the money substitutes, the exchange began to take place for gold, jewelry and so on. The famine began quite quickly and food and clothing became currency. The agony of Russian citizens ended only after Stalin’s death, when the Communists began to buy food and consumer goods abroad.
With the discovery of hydrocarbon deposits in Western Siberia, a communist paradise began, scarce goods poured through the systems of distributors, a poor, private sector driven underground. The people became slowly and surely rich. But how to save the accumulated capital, if you invest it practically nowhere, since all property belongs to the state?
Of course, in the money surrogates, but they were under the control of the state, underground millionaires were imprisoned and extorted accumulated wealth for a long time, then shot.
With dollars, too, was hard. Who read or watched Mikhail Bulgakov's Master and Margarita remembers the scene of withdrawing dollars from the sewers. The Soviet people almost immediately began to dollarize the economy after the Bolsheviks seized power. The more prosperity appeared among Soviet citizens, the more US dollars were in circulation.
For small amounts of exchange, for example, for $ 100, they planted them in camps for five years, and for large sums they simply shot them. But it did not stop any. The ruble was wooden and did not have free conversion, and the enrichment of the population could not satisfy the gems, gold and away.
By the end of the Soviet era, the politburo of the old farting survivors of the mind, got involved throughout the world in numerous wars, supported the pro-Soviet regimes, got involved in the arms race with the US, Leviathan simply crushed the Soviet economy.
First, the Communists began to withdraw the savings of the Soviet people for the needs of military production. So, on the savings books were numbers that signified blood and sweat money, but the government simply grabbed them from Sberbank. It became quite bad when citizens began to come for their money, there was nothing to give and the Communists launched a printing press. Respectable citizens, realizing that inflation is growing in the country, devouring their savings, began to look for other ways to save their money, of course, the best option was to buy US dollars.
The dollarization of the economy turned into an avalanche, which swept away the financial system of the USSR and ended with Pavlovsk reform, the people were simply thrown by the heirs of the Bolsheviks once again. By this time, the accumulated money supply was worthless, the shortage of goods made life difficult for people, and hunger loomed on the horizon in capitals.
Gorbachev was forced to stop the arms race, the support of the pro-Soviet regimes and the war around the world, went with an outstretched hand to Reagan to ask for help. Reagan demanded the release of all political prisoners and before Putin, Russia did without political prisoners.
But nothing helped, the monolithic regime collapsed like a house of cards, it was destroyed by everything else dollarization of the economy that destroyed the financial system.
Dedollarization of the Russian economy
The dedollarization of the Russian economy was carried out by Yegor Timurovich Gaidar, he not only freed prices and allowed private property, but also made the ruble a freely convertible currency.
The red directors immediately took advantage of this, displacing him from the premier's seat and around the foreign exchange and credit markets, established stable gangs with the extraction of the black market premium.
In general, there were many reforms aimed at strengthening the financial system of Russia and many counter-reforms that used mafia to enrich, but the result was financial stabilization. It was one of the reasons for economic growth in Russia in zero years until the cost of the Leviathan exceeded income.
The second coming of Putin to the throne, despite the still high prices for hydrocarbons, just hit the turning point in 2012. Expenses exceeded revenues ...
Thanks to the accumulated foreign exchange reserves, the regime lasted 2 years, then a sharp drop in the standard of living of Russian citizens began. The mafia state began to get involved in numerous wars as in the late USSR, the costs began to increase.
The situation is aggravated by what is called Pharaoh in literature - Russia went mad and began to implement insanely expensive, very often completely senseless megaprojects. Which only make sense when friends steal money from the budget. This took on enormous proportions because the problem of the collapse of the regime hung in the air and those who have the power decided to speed up the plunder of the country.
By 2018, many fundamental trends began to coincide: the size of the Leviathan was not feasible for the Russian economy, spending on power structures, wars and megaprojects dried up the blessed bottomless well of the Russian budget and again the question of the need to urgently rob the population was the heirs of the Bolsheviks and the Communists.
I already wrote about the increase in VAT, other taxes, retirement age, and now it is time to tell the mechanism how to rob the Russian state of the population, which according to various estimates accumulated from 13 to 17 trillion rubles.
Legalized fraud
With the beginning of the seizure of the Crimea, the Kremlin began to pursue an anti-American propaganda policy to rally the population against its worst enemy. It would be good for her to remain within the framework of exclusively propaganda. But under the cries of mythical dedollarization, the Central Bank placed part of its reserves in RMB.
China is an authoritarian state that controls its currency without free conversion. This is done in order to devalue it from time to time to reduce budget expenditures. When they did it once again, the Central Bank of Russia lost more than 10 billion dollars in one hour. The only trouble is that the Central Bank does not have its own money, it is the taxpayers' money, that is, ours with you. So the idiotic idea of dedollarization has already caused considerable damage to the Russian budget, which is so cracking at the seams.
But this is only the beginning. If it is impossible to abandon payments in dollars in international markets, then why not remove green infection in the domestic financial market, as the Bolsheviks did, forcing the government to turn in the currency?
For this, it is necessary that the private banks for the most part go bankrupt, while the remaining ones would occupy an insignificant market share and be on a short leash at the Central Bank. This is already done!
Now we need to raise% at rates in foreign currency, so that the population will carry it to banks. Then, when 13 trillion rubles, good citizens captured by greed will bring and put into foreign currency accounts, you need to freeze them and give $ 100 per day at a fixed rate.
After which there will be a complete dedollarization of the economy. Dollars of good citizens will be in the hands of the state, it will already be wooden, quickly printed rubles, to settle with the population.
Of course, accelerated inflation will immediately begin, accompanied by a depreciation of the ruble and a rise in prices in stores. Then there will be a small step to Venezuela - to fix prices in supermarkets.
The dream of idiots will come true, Russia will return, but only in the late USSR: empty counters, candy wrappers in wallets, goods from the underside of the counter at three ways for dollars ...
So de-dollarization always leads to dollarization, the collapse of the financial system and the impoverishment of citizens ...
