You're lookin' north at the Arroyo Angostura valley and Penocillo Peak in the Sierra de las Uvas. It's just south a Hatch, New Mexico, USA. This land is part a the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument.
Today is an awesome day. You can't see it in the photo, but up close, Vanholio is seein' the first spring greens. :-D
