Remnants of a fence and small concrete pond with some plants growing in it. Places like this always intrigue me; the are "liminal": borderlands between areas, undifferentiated and a lot of the time, in a state of decay. There used to be here : a chapel, pig farm, allotments and now a park. What is not quite clear from this photo is the sharp drop just beyond the pond. If there were no trees you would be able to see the cathedral from here. Water always intrigues me and this stuff is pretty mysterious.
