I really love dark streets and rooms lighted from the inside, it creates some weird "tableux vivant" like in some Lynch movies or as in Ozons "dans la Maison". It creates almost like revers spot lighting: everything is dark except the window, but is backlit for extra unnaturalness. This building is part hotel, part parking, although I thought it was an office building when I looked at the photo again!
This is the stuff my dreams and nightmares are made off.
