Spaminator does some blacklist for if someone spammed the Blockchain even if it was way in the past. It's an automatic tiny downvote which is nothing to do with the post by happyfrog420

If you click happyfrog420 link it will be a website that links to a scam version of hivesigner to give you the impression you are entering a contest when in reality they are recording whatever information you fill in on their website so they can login to your account and steal from you.
