I understand noone want to give birth to a child that would be laughed at and that's an advantage, especially for kids with special needs, but then if genetic modification is possible, people will abuse that it, they will even make a normal child extremely perfect and it will also create an unequal society because not everyone will be able to afford it. It should be done when necessary and not for the purpose of building a child that would be perfect.
