As we recover today from the overindulgence in BBQ, beer, and fireworks, that traditionally celebrate Independence Day, we are hopefully doing so in a new era of freedom from censorship. It has become more documented since Elon Musk opened Twitter's files detailing the collusion between corporations and the USG to censor Americans, and as evidence of that treason grew so has determination to prevent such Fascism from replacing the fundamental freedom of sovereign Americans to speak forthrightly and truly on every matter that concerns them.
Gab arose to specifically resist such Fascism, as Andrew Torba's Christian Nationalism increasingly was anathematized by plandemic profiteers determined to keep the spicy jabs flowing. Today Gab published news of an injunction handed down by District Judge Terry A. Doughty on the Fourth of July that prohibits "...federal agencies and top officials from pressuring social media companies to remove or suppress content that contains protected free speech on their platforms. The injunction also prohibits these officials from flagging such content or influencing the companies’ content moderation guidelines."
While this is good news for Americans, and all people dependent on freedom of speech to secure their lives and property everywhere, it is not the final ruling on the matter stemming from the complaints of the States of Louisiana and Missouri, but it is a strong indication of how the court will rule.
Is it enough? No. I don't think so. The problem pre-existed the formal programmatic censorship and promulgation of propaganda was disseminated in Event 201, as the CIA's creation of social media platforms through InQtel seed funding reveals the intent to potentiate censorship and propaganda to empower Fascism began long ago. That proves treachery is a fundamental aspect of the so-called Intelligence Community, if there remained any need to prove they are traitors in America after they assassinated John F. Kennedy. It will take more than a court ruling to destroy the traitors that have succeeded in their coup to overthrow American democratic control of the United States Government back in 1963, and increasingly disrupted the geopolitical landscape by destroying nation after nation across the world militarily, economically, and politically ever since.
But, it's a start.
