It's called vulture capitalism. Companies like KKR and Bain Capital Partners acquire a controlling interest in a company with lots of cash on hand, take the cash, sell off the business assets, bankrupt the company profitably, and move on to the next target. That's what's happening via the DHF, and not one of the vultures even has to provide accounts or receipts for the $M's they are taking from us.
