I am aware of old patents that would potentially lead to this tech, but have not seen a continuing chain of such evidence that would potentiate the precision targeting claimed. It's certainly credible that evidence would not be available to me, so, while I can not dismiss the possibility that this tech is extant, I am not aware of direct evidence beyond claims of people I do not personally know and are unavailable to me to question.

I appreciate the video. I also note that frequency jamming is a relatively simple tech, and given the breadth and diversity of the personnel claimed to be involved, it is something that would be used by victims with electronics backgrounds to secure themselves from such attacks, and potentially able to be deployed in counterattacks. I do not read any references to such defenses or counterattacks, which decreases the likelihood of claims of being targeted with EMF weapons being factual.

I guarantee I would devote my every effort to do exactly that were I aware of being so targeted, and I do not find it credible that such simple rectification of harm is not the immediate recourse of technically competent victims.

Additionally, given human nature, the apparent absence of competition is not credible to me. I am absolutely sure that Russian hackers that kept HRC out of the Oval Office would be having a field day, and making SIS secure their tests to prevent interference. It is very unlikely that competition would not be impossible to conceal.
