I agree this is scripted, and that it's dangerous. I fully expect a global war, perhaps even nuclear, because war is such a great way to eliminate populations, and the expectations of the survivors. Anyone that survives a nuclear war in the next couple years won't own anything and will be damn happy to survive.

I have noticed that bread is much more resistant to molding than it used to be. Milk also lasts longer before going bad.
