I can't use LocalSend because I don't use wifi. I can't even send files to my computer from my phone using a USB cable, because there's no non-Goolag application to do so on my phone, and I am not setting up a Goolag account. I also don't use webites with my phone, so I can't use email, either. Shame, really. Not until OSH enables such technologies to be used by individuals and not hijacked for surveillance and oppression will I adopt them. Perhaps making our own routers, wifi systems, cameras, and so forth using printed circuits will rapidly burgeon with FOSS AI automated management of distributed production tools, and the hoarding of surveillance and tracking data by evil overlords will no longer be possible shortly.

The issues surrounding IQ are complex, and I find it difficult to rely on IQ figures because environmental factors appear to figure largely in the development of IQ in populations. It's possible that what IQ tests measure is not promoted in African environments, but is in Western environments, because IQ in immigrant populations rises rapidly in second and subsequent generations, which isn't credible if IQ is highly genetically determined. In Somalia the lack of nominal economic development leaves people to struggle in a highly criminalized economy, and IQ tests may not be able to detect high capacity to mitigate such cultural issues.

<70 IQ is highly challenging to individuals in handling day to day tasks, even tying shoes. I suspect why people appear to be incapable of intellectual function is more likely to derive from their practice of deception and duplicity due to the aforementioned cultural issues.

I do not recommend trusting Trump, as he certainly uses deception as his standard operating procedure in business and politics.
