I sure hope they get some surveillance video of how those words were spelled, who did it, and investigate, because either some people are being trafficked and are in grave danger, or someone is faking crap that should not be tolerated. Clearly Elon Musk's Starlink satellites that are surveilling every square inch of the planet, or at least LA, saw what happened - or the panopticon that is being threatened is fake news. My first assumption on seeing this is that repeated pleas for help are being made by people being trafficked, and that requires investigation. Information from spy satellites can provide essential information on who did it, when it was done, and that can lead to our learning why it was done.

One way or another, there's almost certainly crimes being committed, either against those pleading for help, or by them faking pleas for help. The half a million children that have disappeared after being brought into the country without any further contact or tracking of who had custody of them went somewhere, and if they passed through LA, they could be pleading for help. We should find out, and satellites watching everything have collected information critical to researching who is involved. Starlink, or spooks in creepy, stalking three letter agencies, have that information.
