In the clock problem, exercise 17, the third panel is double the second panel interval. This is why D is the answer. Regarding IQ, I have taken 5 IQ tests, ranging from those given in psychologists offices, to online tests, from the age of 11 into my late 40's. All of the tests produced exactly the identical result. I found this quite surprising, but that is my experience.
