The dentistry thing is likely due to the fear and suffering children experience from the treatment they receive from dentists, IMHO. Only a psychopath wouldn't experience tremendous guilt at being the source of so much pain and anguish suffered by children.

Kerry is exactly the problem the agricultural system has to solve, and I believe I have the solution: eat AGW alarmists. Kerry, Gore, Obama, the WEF, Young Global Leaders, all IPCC and UN climate modelers, Extinction Rebellion, Malthusians, and the lying propagandists in government and the media. Mmmmm. Long pig!
