Waow. I never realized Battelle was such a player. It sounds like spook central. That last bit about 'enhance the human body' sounds like they're neck deep in transhumanism, and therefore the mRNA jabs - particularly those that are yet to come.

I always thought of Battelle as a sort of CU (Consumer's Union), an outfit that performs toxicity research for commercial products. I was unaware they were making covert armored military vehicles and enhancing humans. They are clearly amongst the elite NGOs on Earth.

I didn't realize that Brookhaven, Lawrence Livermore, Los Alamos, and NREL, all the premier prestigious institutions in the world, were under their aegis.

I think you're spot on about public access and oversight of their operations. Being separate from government itself allows arms length, covert research outside of official responsibility.
