It's traumatic to me to witness 1984 so obviously personified. At least this poor woman is now free from the jackboot crushing her face, crushing her to death.

These institutions staffed by NPCs and psychopaths, the hospital and the cops, killed her.

This is how tyranny murders little old ladies, inhumanity in the flesh.
