I only went 10 pages, but not one link was repeated. That's the best I can find, because Searx is generally limited in the links it provides to queries, due to the user provided crawlers it depends on, which are incapable of the financial investment necessary to qualify the internet.

I like very much your characterization of the search results creating 'a little fishbowl'. That's really what's going on. Links to a myriad of commentary are simply not provided, as if we lived in medieval times prior to the advent of the printing press, and the information we are availed for consideration is restricted to the narrative overlords intend us to form our worldview from. Since that is unacceptable to me, I turn to you, and independent reporters on all manner of topics, for actual information of value to me.

Also, since I limit my attention to such reporters that have not yet been falsified (the essence of the scientific method) I pay no mind to platforms like Twatter, Fakebook, Youtool, CNN, Slate, Buzzfeed, and the rest of the propagandists. Every one of such sources has provably lied. Since they're liars, nothing they publish is of value. Because of this, your reports that reveal threats such sources do alert us to, which I would otherwise not be informed of, are invaluable to me. I cannot thank you enough for your suffering that I not.

So, for right now, I have turned to Yandex, despite the frequent provision of Russian sites in Cyrillic text I do not often read, although Yandex provides the ability to translate such sites into English, which seems to work well. I still throw searches into other engines, but with no benefit to doing so to date.

Note: Tor has been under continual DDOS attack for months now, AFAIK, and VPNs that use Tor to anonymize IPs, and Tor itself, has been retarded in the ability to transfer data as a result.
