It looks to me like the 'air blower' you refer to is actually empty plant pots. You can see the drain holes at the base of the first one. There looks to be another standing stack of them on the opposite end of the photo. Perhaps the thing you called a 'little red light' is actually a small clay or plastic pot, 4" in diameter. I don't think the thing you called a battery is a battery either. I've never seen a battery whose cells are similarly capped. There seems to be what appear to be folding table legs near the 'air blower' stack of pots laying down, and I suspect that this part of the pile is the remains of a potting bench commingled with other debris, and covered with a piece of net.

The scale of the pile can be deduced from the 5 gallon buckets and the 8' ladder in the debris.
