Even the most concise factual reports cannot make sense to people unable to comprehend them. Folks in Beirut no longer have many cultural assets that blew up, including employers, machine tools, and a big chunk of their port. The best thing they can do about that is to rebuild, the sooner the better.

Maybe they should take your tack and whine about language rather than doing the necessary work to make the things they need immediately and replace those employers, machine tools, and port.
