Wages are not income, and income taxes absolutely are irrelevant to wages. It's a crime of epic proportions, fraud, a scam, that our wages are being taxed by the IRS - and Trump intimated he would end that screwing Americans from behind. Instead of relief, we're just getting spit roasted from both ends, and I am unhappy about that.

I already avoided stuff from overseas I could get locally, except for things I sought to get overseas specifically to support industry there, such as the blade I sought from a Ukrainian manufacturer prior to the SMO. Now I'm going to have to carefully consider purchases online, and several things I've tried to get I've had to give up on, because I can't find them locally.

It's very sad.
