"Hive is not decentralized."

Decentralization is a matter of degree. How much stake do you have in Fakebook, Youtool, or Goolag? Those platforms are less decentralized than Hive, but more decentralized than CNN, NBC, or Fox, because at least people can make some comments sometimes on social media. Hive is not completely egalitarian, but it is more so than legacy platforms. As I point out again and again we have not suddenly arrived at complete decentralization. We are moving towards it because the laws of physics mandate that decentralization is more productive than centralization, and over time we learn to use the tools that enable us to profit most, as a rule.

Ask them. My best guess is they don't agree with you as to what is better for them.
