This is an extremely rational consideration of the present pandemic. I am particularly both alarmed and intrigued by Iran's decision to empty their prisons to reduce pandemic spread. I believe this reveals that Iran is less oppressive than Western governments that I do not ever expect to do the same, and also more highly impacted presently by the pandemic that is commonly understood.
