This has been done, but not by the 'West'. It has been done long ago, before the West was even a glimmer in some philosopher's eye. Wherever power accrues, psychopaths have gained it, and their lack of socialization has effected horror.

I do hope I see the freedom that is actual wealth increase globally before I die. Wealth can best be defined as independent means, and the advent of individual ownership of means of producing goods of every quality, from basics to bespoke luxuries, must increase individual wealth and multiply that across society as such means disperse.

You contend freedom is some new invention, and pretend to ignore that concetrations of power have continually reduced it until producing abject slavery. Clearly, freedom is the natural state of humanity, and slavery it's apotheosis. I depend on physics to restore the former to it's natural state, and you clamor for parasitization to render humanity nothing more than commodities, enslaved to psychopaths that worship only themselves.

You continue to lay all the evil in the world at the wrong doorstep, blaming the victims for the depredations of their oppressors, and claiming all the benefits of freedom as creditable to it's destroyers. Regardless of propaganda increasingly desperate in it's deployment to stave off restoration of natural conditions, reality will heed physical laws and the wealth and independence modern technology affords humanity will increasingly eventuate, relegating psychopaths to the status of ordinary, if incompetent, producers of their own wealth.

It is they, after all, that have reached beyond their station, parasitizing free men, who just want to build, prosper, and associate as they will.
