Indeed, and this is proved by evolution, while your invocation of 'social darwinism' is the antithesis of reality, a hallucinatory fantasy of just rulers.

And it is this last that is the proof of the hallucinatory nature of your thesis, as it is the overlords that prey on, rather than protect, their victims. That is the reality for which you advocate: perennial parasitism of people pleading for protection provided by public purse. Wealth alone is protection, and independent means is wealth. Decentralized means of production eventuate, and the advantage of parasites over producers disappears, despite your protestations of benevolence and claims of superiority, the actual universe itself denies your claims.
