I am getting targeted of late by this spam as well, but I fail to see how DV's are of any potential to limit it. He isn't spamming for rewards, and being DV'd doesn't discourage him from spamming. If anything, it shows the anutility of DV's to affect spam.

You have been quite reasonable to my eye, so I was interested in understanding your position, as my own reasoning on the matter suggests the opposite conclusion you seem to have come to regarding the importance of DV's.
