Before there were NGOs there were secret societies, and various institutions and criminals have continually beset humanity since the advent of agriculture - the first time. While I am confident I am unaware of much that has been hidden, I am not confident that the actual information regarding known conspirators is not pointing to the actual perps. There could be even more cryptic overlords than Rothschilds and Rockefellers, but I've not seen any indication there are, and it's certain that they are at the top of the financial heap which seems to be the mechanism of concentration of power from available evidence.

Occam's Razor suggests that the WEF is just what it appears to be.
