I expect bioweapons will be manufactured in as many polities as possible, in order to maximize the distribution and efficacy of the attack on humanity by transhumanist slavers intent on genocide and theft of the wealth of the dead, and enslavement of survivors that also enables stealing everything they own. It is not so much to take our personal property, but our rights and interests in the Earth itself, and our civil societies, they seek. Our real property is a secondary target, but our personal property is at best a bonus, and more likely a liability more costly to collect and account than it's worth.
