In order to understand who we are, we must understand who our forebears were. In order to understand where we are, we must understand where we have been. To determine where we should go, we must understand these things to make rational decisions. History, and archaeology are of critical import to modern people - and this is why so much history and archaeological evidence has been destroyed, concealed, and suppressed by those that seek to oppress and profitably control humanity.

To be free we must understand who we are to have a rational understanding of what it means to be sovereign. Anyone averse to being enslaved by overlords should have a good grasp of archaeology and history, and it is to your credit you strive to have a good understanding of these things.

Brutal savages seek to impose tyranny to attain to momentary power and this is contradictory to civil society that creates far greater wealth and felicity for more intelligent peoples. The gradual retraction of the empires and nations that sprang from the transition to the Bronze age has reached it's penultimate stage, and civilization itself is on the verge of being replaced with totalitarian technocratic tyranny.

Ultimately no one and nothing will profit from this transition, because the temporary wealth and power gained as booty is spent away on frivolities by warlords and psychopaths, while the fundamental felicity of civil society not only endures, but increases over time. People that seek to strengthen civil society will ultimately prevail over brutal tyranny, because healthy societies will surmount the parasitic narcissists that simply devour what others have built and fritter away that wealth and power.
