As a finish carpenter, the 6th pic is giving me flashbacks to the bad 'ol days when I had to devise solutions to seemingly insoluble problems, such as the asymmetry of the left and right edges of that doorway. It is the finish work that will set your work in stone, because that is what you will see of it for the duration of the structure. I expect that the aircrete is very good at noise suppression, as well as insulation, and very strong in compression. I like the material, and wish it grew on trees, lol.
