There is a deep state of bureaucrats. When President Trump publicly announced that hydroxychloroquine would be made available for all Americans, the deep state buried it, and made remdesivir available instead.

The deep state is more powerful than the President of the United States. So are the social media giants, like Twatter, which banned President Trump during his tenure, and unprecedented action that all too glaringly proved that corporations run the world, and are more powerful than the President of the United States. IIRC, Xi Jinping banned Twatter that year.

That is scary facts.
