Personally I think Qubic has violated various laws that predate crypto, because they directly state their intention to steal Monero, which is at least a conspiracy to commit a crime. Enforcement of law is highly degraded by the deeply politicized agencies the US has today, so if we want them prosecuted for conspiracy we should probably pretend to be a Qubic miner and say bad things about Trump, or smth.
