"Crypto can never be considered a "common enterprise" with associated owned IP like any other traditional security."

I realize that open source enables forking, but also note the BTC Maxis that stubbornly stick to the OG despite the various tech advances that have produced superior crypto. The management and control of token systems can, and will, be controlled by 'common enterprisers' that capture some critical aspect, such as transaction verification in the case of BTC.

The basic reality that crypto is just data, and the owners of the physical infrastructure data requires have the sole option to allow data on their property, at their whim, via the facility with which censorship can be committed, leaves me without confidence in any crypto that does not have a physical infrastructure over which data can be transmitted, and communication be undertaken without any risk of censorship.

My understanding of legacy financial managers does not provide any reason to expect they are unwitting, ethical, interested in anything but their own profit, and will enable the tide to float all boats. They will, sooner or later, take the tide from everyone else and float only their boats. History shows their avarice is a law of nature, and the fact that even someone as stupid and uneducated as I am sees how this can be done leaves me zero expectation they are unaware of how to do it.

The more of the wealth people believe they have in crypto makes that wealth a stronger incentive to comply when the rug pull comes, and they are offered CBDC's in exchange for their crypto that will no longer have value because it cannot be transacted in due to the absolute power to censor the internet that will be exercised when the trigger is pulled.

I feel like a scorned, naked, disruptable prophet crying out to the trees, birds, and crags of the wilderness regarding this undeniable and obvious trap. The slow walling off of the network by the combination of regulation and failure of DEXes to create ramps to fiat make the eventual trigger pull ever more obvious to me. The EU is creating a complete transparency to all data transmissions as we speak. Any data they cannot parse can be prevented from being transmitted upon that achievement. That legal fiction, the EU, will have complete and sole option to allow any transaction.

They will use it to exert absolute control of crypto eventually.

Thanks!
