The longer I cogitate on your thesis, the more I realize that my original assumption that the towers were conventionally wired with explosives is an inadequate explanation for the prodigious amount of dust generated. I do appreciate you persevering as my hindbrain is very stubborn, and takes a lot of hammering before it'll let go of a cherished assumption.

Edit: upon re-reading the post, I noticed what I think may be a typo:

I am familiar with the term 'black listed' but do not know what 'Block-listed' might be, other than a typo.
