"...i have seen ice-melt raise earth in Alaska."

This does happen. However there are very few places were such isostatic rise equals the eustatic rise of the oceans, because rock can be denser, and heavier than water. There are also certain places where subterranean topological features create upwards pressure on the crust locally. I am aware that certain parts of SE Alaska showed almost null rise or descent as the forces operant locally canceled out. However, the average change in sea level is ~-400 ft. at the coasts. Generally, isostasy and eustasy are not equal in terms of movement up or down, eustasy is much greater.

"i believe in the expanding earth theory (as opposed to plate tectonics.) More matter is created by the energy of the sun, being captured by the "sun" at the center of the earth."

Just no. The sun is ~1mx larger than Earth.

Your beliefs aren't mutually consistent. One minute you're explaining things in terms of an oblate spheroid Earth, and the next it's flat. It's not flat. Flat is one of the weakest shapes in nature. Large flat things are readily destroyed, while spheres are the strongest. There's more, but....

I don't think actual reason and evidence are your primary means of ascertaining the true nature of reality, but whims, the phases of the moon, how well you're mewing atm, and so forth.
