BlackRock was granted the contract to manage the disbursements of QE after the 2008 banking crisis, and has subsequently, not at all coincidentally, gained a controlling interest in ~90% of stock corporations of the world. Larry Fink is the CEO of BlackRock, and the Agenda Director of the WEF.
