The City of Lahaina was grossly negligent, as was the State of Hawaii, in providing the services for which the people of Lahaina had long been paying very high taxes. There needs to be a class action suit, against both of them, and the insurance companies that aren't paying, and against the USG and FEMA, who are currently blocking emergency supplies, and against the police, who were preventing people from leaving instead of evacuating them, and against the schools that sent all those kids home. I'd also throw the DEW research facility into the defendants of the suit, because it sure looks like they burned Lahaina to me.
I'd be looking to subpoena any and all records regarding their facility on the night of August 8th, 2023, as well as any communications with the WEF, whatever branches of national banks are in Hawaii, the insurance companies and any government agents and agencies that regulate them, the police, FEMA, all the politicians - especially any that were at the FEMA seminar that was ongoing on the big island at the time of the fire, and anyone else I could think of that might have been part of planning, paying for, profiting from, or needed to be ready for, the fire, and the residents of any homes that are unburned, especially Oprah.
Thanks!
