Putin doesn't need NATO disbanded. He just needs it out of his face in the Ukraine. Trump, or anyone, really, could end the war, but no one will until the Ukraine does by disbanding.

W. Ukraine will be part of Poland, and maybe Belarus, and Odessa and east will be Russia. Problem solved.
