Yes. There will be strong resistance to being moved from the refugium I live in. No one living here wants to move, but the utilities people need to live out here, fuel, electricity, markets, and etc., can be cut off which will leave only folks able to replace or do without those things. That will still be a lot of people, and people able to supply their own necessities will be difficult to dislodge.

Suburbs will be great places to homestead, with all those abandoned houses ready supplies of materials. Too close to the big cities though, for my taste.
