There are numerous misconceptions and misunderstandings in your post.

No, they don't. They do for a while, but then they die, and entropy increases.

You cannot. There are mechanisms for measuring and means of accounting, but absent a finite system you can't deploy them nominally. That's just a complaint that our ability to do work is limited because we're lucky to be able to tie our shoes, and that does not imply free energy.

No, they don't. They wear out.

No, there isn't.
Just saying something is a certain way does not mean it is that way.
