You have given these matters a lot of thought, and come to surprising conclusions, at least most people will find them suprising. I quite agree on almost all of your considerations. I have little confidence in crypto, because I have little confidence in centralization, and crypto all depends on centralized infrastructure. You can't transact today with crypto offline. Well, you can, but no one does. Until there are means of communication that aren't completely centralized I don't have any confidence in crypto.
Starlink could surprise me. We'll see.
