This is technically incorrect. Genes are expressed or not based on environmental factors. The genes themselves do not change.

"...anyone who suggests hormone blockers and/or surgery are insane."

And evil. I recently read a quote from a medical doctor that stated male children put on puberty blockers prior to castration and invagination would never have an orgasm. That is not potentially a good outcome at all. That is torture.
