History doesn't repeat, until it does. When you study history, you are confronted with the almost identical policies promulgated roughly a century ago across Europe. When the mirror is held up to those policies and their results, is it unlikely that the political evolution that resulted are the desired results of pushing the same policies again?

I don't think it's unlikely at all. In fact, I have been pointing out that is the likeliest result of these attacks on traditional values, family, and freedom being pushed on the West for these last few decades.

Monty Python had a great series of skits for which a tag line developed: 'No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!'.
