Really well photographed, despite your statement that many photos you took weren't usable. I have great confidence in your identifications in this post, save that of the White Harrier. The pendant plumage on the wings and inability to well discern the features at that distance makes identification uncertain. Pendant plumage on the wings strongly suggests a Snowy Egret, which is common here, but I have no information regarding it's range including New York. I assume it does, however.
