The Oder river, that runs between Germany and Poland, has been sterilized by a massive chemical spill in Poland. I've seen far more heartbreaking images than this, and it looks like from some of the pics that every fish in the river has died for many, many miles. I've read that Poland has denied anything, and DW is not wasting the crisis to imply climate change is the cause, which makes me pretty angry TBQH.
I started seeing reports of this last night.
Just thought ya'll would want to know.
