Consider the political landscape in terms of power over powerful individuals, and I believe the Epstein arrest reveals the mechanisms involved. Alefantis, Trump, and Epstein all use(d) brownstone operations to gain and exert political power. Alefantis and his network of operations fell first to Trump's expert political machinations, and now Epstein is being thrown under the bus.
The 2008 conviction apparently didn't end Epstein's power, and this is revealed by the seizure of substantial blackmail material accompanying his arrest. We have seen various networks and individuals taken out of the game in recent years, and if one views Trump as a competitor for control of that market, the events and their consequences - and lack of them - make a lot of sense.
While particular players have been taken out, the mechanism itself is not challenged. When Alefantis was targeted via Pizzagate, he apparently quit the game or bent the knee, and thus was not necessary to further expend effort on. Epstein seems to have kept playing, and needs to be gotten out of the way in order for Trump's network to gain greater control. Weiner and Abedin were taken out, and the 650,000 emails and evidence on Weiner's laptop has not been used for any other purpose. Epstein's records and materials seized will produce the same results. The Saville, DuTroux, and Haiti conspiracies have likewise been prevented from spilling out too much information that could threaten the industry itself.
Considering Epstein's takedown as an internal consolidation of power by a mob boss predicts that further fallout will not happen, as this is a dangerous game to the players, all equally vulnerable to blackmail, and with Epstein out of play no further damage needs to be risked. After all, damage to the industry is something all the surviving players need to avoid to maintain their power. Acosta played for the team, and was promoted for his trouble. He's unlikely to go down for it now.
The Cemex site in Arizona is an example of how narrative control protects the industry, and the players gaining greater power. Civilians stumbled on the site, and no one was able to use that revelation to seize power over the industry, unprepared or unwilling, as Trump has done to Alefantis and is now doing to Epstein, so the matter just became a non-issue and the site bulldozed.
It's useful to note that 40% of the aggregate supplied to the construction industry, Trump's business face, is supplied by the sand mafia. Also that HRC and the Clinton machine have clearly been rendered subservient to Trump, and no further conflict seems to be a threat to that network.
The NXIVM trail ends with the powerbrokers being taken out of the game. The John of God baby farm ends the same way, and Oprah remains undiscussed despite her involvement. Trump and Oprah appear to be allied, and that would imply that the Cemex site was, or is now, a part of that network. Beyond the Bronfmans, further prosecution of the NXIVM matter is not happening to Salinas, or other subsidiary players, because now that their prior boss is down and out, they have shifted their allegiances to the new boss, same as the old boss.
This is what draining the swamp looks like when it's being done by a swamp creature. It's just deepening the swamp around the most powerful creature, and taking out their enemies.
This looks like Trump consolidating his power. It's unreasonable to expect further impact on child trafficking, Dyncorp, the CIA, UN, Crown, Mossad, or related players and the industry itself, from the Epstein takedown.
