1. Enterprise blockchain startup Axoni completes series B. Investors include GS and JPM. Axoni has completed trials for derivatives transactions on same chain and cross-chain platforms.
2. Prime Trust, based in Nevada, joins Northern Trust, GS, ICE, Coinbase, BitGo in crypto custodian business.
3. Coinbase acquires digital identity startup, Distributed Systems
4. JD.com provides blockchain-as-a-service.

Markets

1. Institutional crypto dealer SFOX, established in 2014, completed its series A of USD22.7m . SFOX executes orders for institutional investors, HNW and family offices. SFOX works with several crypto exchanges.

Tech:

1. A flaw was found on Intel's Software Guard Extensions (SGX) equipped chip, a segment of the hardware purposed to store sensitive data. Potentially affects crypto projects which have based their work on the chip.
