Hive isn’t Ethereum or Solana, it doesn’t have millions of users or their infrastructure. Hive runs on something different: loyalty, community, creators, and people who have been building here for years. If you start punishing those people, you lose them and if you lose them, you lose the entire ecosystem.
Power down, selling, power up — these are all individual rights. You can’t turn a blockchain into an economic dictatorship just because the token price is low. So maybe it’s time to think about different solutions. Hive doesn’t grow by restricting users or punishing normal economic behavior...it grows by creating value, attracting new people, and giving the community reasons to stay active. The focus should be on innovation, utility, and real development, not on limiting what users are allowed to do with their own tokens.
