Ok, i understand at least where you want to point. But still, if you meant that technology would be used in psychotronic-like cyber attacks, believe me from my point of view i'm still at the level of science fiction - unreal, something that the creators of this sci-fy genre still continue to play with those fancy ideas. From my life experience, i don't think that there are such technological tools, which makes me convinced that no one has that supernatural power to manipulate your opinions or way of thinking, only if you allow it directly. The human mind is a powerful precious tool, but it will always remain individual. The part with web monitoring - I think we are all aware of this (there are bad people, people a little worse and and the rest of the remaining people, separated from these groups, maybe for the good of all - people who will monitor each other). Indeed technology, technological inventions affect health, mass infertility, can cause mental trauma, trigger diseases manifested by headaches, dizziness, confusion, nausea, cancer, leukemia, strokes ... the list goes on - but, i tend to believe that there are specialists who continue to look for solutions to such problems to which humanity has been exposed over time.
