[ESP-ENG]✨ Losing inspiration: A collapsed mind | Initiative.✨

✨¡Hello my dear friends! I hope you are having a great week.✨
Good day friends. I hope everyone is doing well and have a great week. It is the first time I am in this beautiful community and the initiative proposed by my colleague
@emiliorios called: ''LOSE INSPIRATION'' caught my attention. I find it excellent to talk about this topic, since it is common for all of us to have zero inspiration for a long or short period of time. And also because a few weeks ago I went through a creative vacuum and that made me feel quite frustrated. So, I'll tell you a little bit about how it went from my point of view and what worked for me.
Before starting I would like to extend the invitation to my friends:
@alizmarpaola ,

♥️ESPERO QUE TE GUSTE,
¡Empecemos!
♥️I HOPE YOU LIKE IT,
Let's start!
A few weeks ago my mind was flooded with thoughts; things to do and worries all running through my mind at once, causing severe mental fatigue and throbbing headaches.
I thought of everything and nothing at the same time. It was at that moment, when the ideas disappeared completely and I said to myself: ''I have to stop!'' I understood that at that moment I was collapsed, tired and very sensitive.
I understood that I had to do everything possible, relax my mind, stop wanting to do everything perfectly and complain a thousand times because things don't turn out the way I want or expect.
Losing ideas and inspiration is very frustrating, but I learned that in those moments I should not force myself to think about creating something new, the only solution, in my case, is to try not to think about anything that has to do with the ideas I want. or need at that moment, either in our work, when creating content, etc...
What I did or what worked for me was that when I started looking for an idea I started doing something else, I decided to change my recurring environments a bit, change my desk a bit, go for a walk, go out and enjoy. . Let's say I needed to rest from so much creating content, and give myself a little time and let my eyes see other environments. In the end, inspiration comes from what we least expect or when we least expect it.
And many ideas came out of nowhere, at that moment I took paper and pencil, and I wrote a list of contents for a month, the ideas just came out and it was the only thing on my mind at that moment, but I knew that if I didn't write it down, it would they would forget me So, a recommendation would be that when we have those moments in which a thousand ideas come up, we write them down because they can vanish.
In conclusion, it is normal to have these gaps and this lack of inspiration. Maybe it is because we want to force something to come up, but it is not necessary to force the mind to force something to come up. You have to try to clear your mind at times, we must solve that problem that is affecting us or discover the obstacle that is keeping our ideas.
Perhaps only your mind is saturated with a thousand conflicts and they do not let you free up a little space for those new ideas, enjoy a moment of that silence, a cup of coffee or a beautiful sky, inspiration will arise at any moment.
